... just south of Barcelona is my favourite chiringuito. Perched on the cliff overlooking the beach it is the perfect place to take a break from the sun and enjoy lunchtime tapas.  This is La Vida Dulce!

Every year different and every year capturing a different aspect of the ideal Mediterranean summer life. It reminds me why I am here, (the lifestyle, not the beer!)

..because my best Barcelona friend swam the Strait of Gibraltar...

...and I got to go alongside him as support crew.  17kilometers in 4hours 27minutes, non stop! An amazing achievement that I was lucky enough to be part of! Back to Barcelona now... by plane!
