...having been a barista and having had a cafe - I appreciate a good coffee, which isn't always too easy to find in Barcelona. However, I recently discovered, conveniently close to home, the True Artisan Cafe which is all about excellent coffee...and their machines- with the added bonus of a friendly barista.

Flamenco Barcelona has just opened in Teatro Principal in Las Ramblas and is 45minutes of spectacular Flamenco! A mesmerising immersion into the dance and songs of the gitanos...I left clapping my hands (palmas) and stamping my feet (taconeando)....

Open all day, this pretty and chic place is a highlight on the street; serving vermut, wine, their artisinal sangría and tapas all day. (Even better, is that it is close to me and my new favourite place to go.)
